Need help identifying this fish?

i think its some type of tetra but i cant find it when i search tetras its has this big tail, the tail is shorta looks lik a fan and it comes in a variety of colors there lik a redish orangy kind and then theres a black and gray kind, u can tell which ones a female and which ones a male real clearly cause the females have like a big hump right after the face ends. do u kno wat type of fish it is ?? if u neeed more info ask in ut answer and ill post more
