Calculus velocity problem?

Suppose that you’re on the 50th floor of the Empire State Building, 300 feet high. On the 52nd floor is Santa Claus, 320 feet high. Santa is thirsty, so you throw him a cold beer. You throw it with an initial velocity of 50 ft/sec. Santa is still hung over from last nights X-mas party, so he misses the beer on its way up. When will Santa catch the beer, uming that he actually catches it on its way down?
