Help with car loan!!?

I want to buy a used car. I've saved up 10k and I want to use 9k of that as a down payment on a car. I have absolutely no credit and i was just wondering what would be the best way to finance say a 20k car. I don't have another car to trade in. Is there any way i could finance the car without a co signer because i would like to do this on my own if i could. And I would like to make it a 24 month plain at the most what would my interest rates be?
