Why people from Venezuela, Bolivia, Brazil, Mexico etc do not atach c-4 at own body, only muslins?

People from those nations actually have a respect for life, including their own. Even the soviets had a respect for life, as their ambitions were curbed by the thought of Mutually ured Destruction. Muslims welcome devastation and despair - it is all they do. If inflicted on other people, good. If on themselves, they are going to Paradise anyway. One more reason why these people need to be exterminated, not reasoned with, bargained with or appeased.
