PLEASE HELP REALLY WORRIED :(?

well im really worried im just recovering from swine flu :( been in bed ill for 3 days i just got out the bath and noticed what looked like a bi about the size of a pea and it was full of puss so i squeezed it out and now its still there and is hurting im abit worried it could be cancer :( ? please help im so worried thanks guys xx
