Ring question!! Christmas present idea for him...PLEASE HELP.?

Okay. I have an idea for a Christmas present for my boyfriend. I have a promise ring he gave me last Christmas, and this year I want to do the same. Mine is just a silver band with the promise "Forever Love" on it. I want to get him a ring, that's extra special. My boyfriend is Irish, and so I want to buy him a silver ring with the celtic love knots,as well as footprints (symbolic in a promise) and wings (also symbolic in promise) I also want engraved a small message. I just want to know, where could I make this happen? How could I have this ring designed and made?? There has to be a way to design a ring from scratch and have it made. Please, if you know of any sites, sources, stores, etc. I would really appreciate it. Also, if you would like, you could give ideas on how to design or maybe change my idea as well that I will take into consideration. Thank you so so much!!
