1 year old son not well what to do?

hi i have a 1 year old boy and to tell the full story on friday he had the swine flu injection and was of that day and night then fine, then yesterday he went to his fathers and he gave him chocolate or fizzy pop or something because he was hyper till he went to sleep at half 12 at night but then woke up a FEW times in the night then this morning i made him hia usual ( oat so simple) got just over half way threw it and was sick he has bin a bit more windgy than usual today and tonight he pinched a piece of chicken tikka Marsala chicken it is not spicy 1 bit im a softy with spicy and hot things and i thought it had no heat or spice to it but he ha still bin windgy and i put him to bed at the usual bed time (10pm) he cried for half a hour) then he woke up at 12 and has bin screaming the house down i just gone to sleep but i think that is just because he was so tyred i have tried ringing my mum as she only lives round the corner to take me to a& e with him or something but she is not answering and i don't drive i don't no what to do please no bad posts
