Last House on the Left Remake?

I have seen both. The remake left out a few things, the original was more than the new one, but I still liked it. They tied everything together quite nicely whereas in the original there were a lot of holes. I still love the new one even I'm a huge fan of the original. I wouldn't say it was butchered.
