How do i land tre flips?

So i used to try treflips alot and occasionaly would land them but i would usually slip out but sometimes i would land decently clean. Now ive been practicing a kickflips and ollies and ledge tricks. I have a pretty solid kickflip that i catch before i land and a about 3 foot high ollie. I can do the motion of the tre and i get really close to landing it alot but now for some reason im doing a frontside 60 degree or so body varial and my board isnt fliping the full 360, so in short i just need to know if there are any tricks on actually landing tres and geting them to flip under you, Thanks.
