How to hatch zebra finch eggs?

my zebra finches (lilo (F) and stitch(M)) laid eggs. they had 2 babies in february. She laid a couple eggs...the last one laid was 5/9/10...sadly she died today (5/10/10) =( (god bless her soul)....i formed a bond with both of them...i was wondering if i can hatch her eggs n take care of the baby birds....so that we can remember her...if so what can i do?
