Baptism dilemma.. help!?

Ok, so this is kind of a religious question sorta, but i am putting it in pregnancy anyway to get some advice. I was raised a lutheran and we believe in infant baptism, but my husband was raised evangelical and believes in children baptism. My husband has no problem with baptizing our baby once its born, but his family is making a giant deal out of it. Its causing me so much stress during my pregnancy, i just dont know what to do. i have compromised and agreed to baptize the baby as an infant and then give my child the option of being baptized again when they are older. How do i get his family off my back and make them understand that its too stressful for me to worry and that this is OUR child.. not theirs??
