Would a PPV Superbowl ever happen?

Im actually suprised it has not happened already. If the NFL made a price of X amount of dollars to watch the game do you think they could make more than just selling ad time? Do you think eventually it will happen, and if it did would you watch it? It's kinda already happening with NFL sunday ticket
