Why does yahoo answers delete questions?

Yahoo is based in a country with free Speech yet many *serious* questions on religion, drugs and are deleted I quote *if you believe this question to be Illegal* after I had a look how easy it was to complain about a question. it shouldn't be called yahoo answers if it deletes serious answers to serious questions. "Make sure your question follows the community guidelines" because being able to question everything belongs on 4chan with the anarchist barbarians. It just seems ignorant and pompous to delete questions. By the way isn't that what government run press in dictatorships do?. Obviously questions regarding movies and what not can be censored for kids. But am I the only one to disagree with yahoo's policy on censorship?
