What are some wawys to find a job graphic designer for album covers?

its a though one. seen one site where they do business cards and all for singers including doing cd's and it seems that the going rate they had was not that much. crazy thing was the price they gave for doing a myspace page layout was more than cd covers. not helping you i think here am i. ok what to do is send some idea to some singers. make sure to put a mark on them do. to many are into taking your idea and not paying when it comes to designs. personal experience of this and try and get paid a bit before your waste weeks on a job. but if it does fall through keep any of your design ideas because they may be needed again.
