How much is oyster card fare to use overground from london bridge?

I have a zone 2-6 monthly travelcard on my oystercard. I want to take overground from London Bridge, how much will I need to top up? Is there anyway of avoiding Zone 1 to travel to Woolwich Arsenal via overground?
